Jireh Auto Spa & Window Tint

I had my 2012 Volkswagen CC tinted by this business in 2016 after purchasing the service through Groupon. At the time of installation, I was told the tint came with a lifetime warranty. Recently, the tint on my rear windshield and driver’s side window began bubbling, so I contacted the business to have the warranty honored. I provided my Groupon voucher and proof of purchase, but I was told they could not find my information in their system and therefore would not honor the warranty. The most frustrating part is that I provided documentation showing the service was performed, yet no effort was made to verify the warranty beyond saying they could not locate my records. A lifetime warranty should not simply disappear because a business no longer has records from years ago. I understand records can be lost over time, but customers should not be penalized for that when they can provide proof of purchase. Unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed and feeling that the warranty promised at the time of service was not honored.

Honestly, not great. I’ll probably have to get my tint redone soon. Even after I went back for them to fix it, they sent me a picture saying there would still be imperfections. Thought I was getting a good deal but now I’m wishing, I would’ve gone with the more expensive guys.

This worst tint shop ever! The customer service and location were terrible. First off I couldn’t find the location. It looks like a scam. The price was saying one number on Groupon and they wanted to up charge on the small windows in the back which was supposed to be included with the price of the Groupon. The owner responded in a manner that wasn’t professional at all. I was going to pay the extra money he was up charging me for but then he didn’t want to touch my car.

Aldo and Jesus were polite, professional and quick. My car looks so sexy now. The pricing is top tier. I don’t have the best picture because it’s from a video still and it was raining that day. But it looks amazing.

I would not recommend this place. Had to drive 58 mins to get to this place, and the job wasn’t done right the first time around. The tint had a bunch of bubbles in it even after the 6-8 weeks cure time, so I ended up having to drive back to get the tint fixed. They only fixed the driver side and not the passenger side. Had to drive another hour to get back and get the other side fixed. This time around, multiple attempts were made by Jesus’s son to fix the bad tint job, but I had to point out issues again and again. Wasted 3 hours there that morning, and the tint job was still bad. Jesus finally showed up and the response he gave me was “every tint job is going to have imperfections.” What a wonderful response. Oh, and I forgot to mention that it was an absolute pain in the rear end to schedule a time for them to fix their terrible jobs. The key point is, spend a little more money and get your car tinted at an actual professional shop.
